Weight Room Open Mondays and Wednesdays!

Happy New Year! It's good to see you all back at school for the start of the second semester.
The main weight room will be open for soccer players each Monday and Wednesday that we have school, all the way up to tryouts in late February. Please be there before 3:00 so that you can finish your workout before 3:30, as there are a lot of teams using the room this winter. If you are strength training less than two times per week, I strongly suggest that you are joining these sessions to help you maintain/build your strength and protect yourself from injury as your soccer year continues.
We will be talking about dates to do some preseason kickarounds, but at the moment, it seems that most of our players are still training with club teams 2-3 times per week. Thank you for all of the information you have provided! We will use it to figure out a schedule that makes sense, and we'll post that information soon.
