LAST WEEK
We had a great kickaround after weights on Wednesday. 34 players came out to play! That's a great number to get started!

HAPPENING THIS WEEK
- We will have another kickaround after a weights session on Monday. No weights or kickaround Wednesday — students get out early for practice testing, and I will not be available due to testing and then parent conferences at school.
- We will have a concessions fundraiser for the basketball games on Thursday. We work with the Booster Club as often as we are able to work the concessions booth for other sports. This is a way to raise a little money and keep our connection with the athletic department strong. Please sign up to help on the calendar by RSVPing, particularly if you did not help out in the fall. (Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors — I would prefer that you take the lead here.)

LOOKING AHEAD
- When we get back from the four-day weekend, the schedule really gets going. We will hold voluntary preseason practices Tuesday-Friday after school.
- The preseason player and parent meeting will be held at Niwot on Wednesday night at 7pm. This week is essential for us to get prepared for the season ahead, so please attend everything you are able to.
- Tryouts are February 23, 24, and 25, from 3:15-5:30 on the grass fields.
- The regular season practice schedule starts immediately after tryouts on February 26. Please reference the schedule, as practice times, game times, and locations change throughout the week.

REGISTRATION PROCESS
To participate in tryouts, beginning February 23, you must be fully registered and have a valid CHSAA physical turned in. There will not be any exceptions.
- REGISTER HERE, USING REVTRAK: https://stvrain.revtrak.net/Program-Registration/ (Find Niwot Athletics > Spring Sports > Girls Soccer.)
- GET YOUR SPORTS PHYSICAL CLEARANCE: Please remember that this year, only the official CHSAA physical form which can be found here will be accepted. To upload your CHSAA physical, please upload your physical here. You only need to upload Page 4.
- You only need to upload a physical once per year. Check your student’s physical date in Infinite Campus: More > Activities. This shows the date(s) of the physical that is on file for your student.

GET YOUR WHOLE FAMILY ON THE APP
Please make that sure each player and at least one parent is on the app. You can control your notifications in the app, and there is an option to only receive emails instead of push notifications. If you have only been visiting the website for information, please make an account now so that you get updates and announcements pushed to your phone or emailed to you.
